Re: Temporary change in customer service hours

Dear Customers:

Our morning customer relations manager, Terry Lyons, has left Fortucast suddenly to take a new full-time position. We are in the process of finding and training a replacement. He left honorably and in good standing and we will miss him. For now, here is the schedule:

1) You can email support@fortucast.com and questions@fortucast.com regarding delivery problems and not receiving the service. We will be able to resend the reports to you. Responses to your requests will happen between 8:00-9:30 am Central time until Nov. 6 and an hour earlier starting Nov. 7. Our computer technician, Ken, who handles delivery of pre-opening comments, will handle any morning problems.

2) Live customer service will be available 1:30-5:00 pm Central time at our usual contact numbers from Oct. 28-Nov. 3. Arizona goes on Mountain Standard Time on Nov. 5 and we plan to have our live customer service hours start an hour earlier beginning Nov. 6 because of the time zone difference.

3) Leave a voice mail at 1-928-284-9591 that will be answered in the afternoon.

4) Our webmaster is constructing a special customer service page that will allow you to have missed reports resent, make vacation changes, and other basic functions. We hope to have that available soon.

5) Problems understanding or clarifying intraday updates can be sent to swfort@gmail.com. Barry Rosen will attempt to get these answered ASAP but he is often intensely involved in trading and response time can vary but he will do his best to get your questions answered as soon as possible. We will probably create a special email address for this purpose within a few days.

For now, renewals and new product sales and other customer service activities can be handled during our afternoon hours until we get a new person hired and trained to handle problems. Call 800-788-2796 or 1-928-284-5737.

We are sorry about this sudden shift of events and hope to have operations up and running normally within a few weeks.
